For software licenses under warranty or under maintenance it is expected:
- the provision of software updates to the latest version
- dedicated technical support
- Subscription of ArcGIS Online http://doc.arcgis.com/it/arcgis-online/ and access to ArcGIS Pro features http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/
As part of the technical support, our technicians will provide you with all the information you need to install the ESRI software and its updates, as well as related to:
- any malfunctions,
- systems management,
- the use of the functionality of the ESRI software.
